The breath (Anapanasati) and the voidness of sensory contact, beyond the command of any God

**"If one merely \#truly\_awakens (กำหนดรู้) and \#sees\_the\_body\_breathing, everything will happen by itself. Don't rush for the summit, but everyone must first \#connect\_with\_the\_breath, \#hold\_the\_nasal\_sensation (จับอุณารมณ์), and \#grasp\_the\_feeling\_within\_the\_body so that we do not drift into the past. We must let go of the past; we must let go of 'perception' (**'Saññā' - สัญญา\*\*). Perception means not bringing old matters back to thought. When one does not think about old matters, whenever satisfaction or dissatisfaction (**'Vedanā' - เวทนา**) arises, at that moment, the **\#cessation\_of\_becoming (ภพดับ)** is **Nibbana (นิพพาน)**, and that is enough..."\*\*

"How can one stop the cycle of birth, aging, sickness, and death (Saṃsāra) from happening?" The answer is **\[\#the\_breath\]**, and that is the easiest way. Venerable Luang Por Manop Buddhakhuruto (หลวงพ่อมานพ พุทธครุโต) teaches us to maintain awareness and keep the mind stable: "Whatever signs or visions (นิมิตหยังเกิดกะซ่าง) may arise... just the breath alone."

**\#Anapanasati (อานาปานสติ)** is simply **"\#returning\_to\_oneself"** after our mind has traveled too far unnecessarily. When the mind has awareness (Sati), choosing daily essentials will be worthwhile, and one will not be lost to trends.
